Surname files are housed at the Shelby County Museum & Archives in Columbiana, AL. They are available for research Tuesday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 3 P.M., and the second Saturday of each month from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M.  
 
Copies of surname files are $18 and can be requested using the order form below the index.
