Indexes are available for 1824 through 1936 and are sorted alphabetically by the groom or bride's last name.

To request a certified marriage record dated after 1936, please call the Shelby County Museum & Archives at
205-669-3912, Tuesday through Friday, from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M., or the second Saturday from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M.
