After careful deliberation, we regret to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the "Made in the Shade" vendor events at Shelby Iron Works Park this year.

For the past two years, it has been our privilege to host "Made in the Shade," bringing together vendors and visitors to celebrate our community. However, we have faced challenges with scheduling conflicts and increased competition from other events on the same day. Despite our best efforts, we have found it increasingly difficult to attract a sufficient number of vendors and visitors to make the event as successful as we had hoped.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all vendors, visitors, volunteers, and supporters who have contributed to "Made in the Shade" over the years. Your enthusiasm and dedication have been deeply appreciated.

While we are saddened by this decision, we want to assure you that Shelby Iron Works Park will continue to host its beloved monthly pancake breakfasts, which consistently draw large crowds. Additionally, we invite you to mark your calendars for our upcoming Fall Festival on the second weekend of October, where we will welcome over 50 vendors.
